Asirem gives that supervisor a real-time view of every passenger service, with delays and incidents surfacing as they happen. The greeter follows a step-by-step journey on their phone, and every action they confirm is timestamped. The day a client asks what happened on a given flight, the answer is already there instead of being pieced together afterwards. The product is currently in pilot deployment.
