Ali BENMERAD

Ali BENMERAD, Software Engineer

I trained as a software engineer at ESIEE Paris and sharpened my standards in the aerospace industry, building web applications, business tools and internal systems for teams working under strict requirements for reliability, traceability and operational continuity.

What interests me in software is the machinery you do not see: how data moves, how architectures hold up, how a tool can make an activity clearer, smoother and easier to control.

With IT MERAD I bring that approach to companies: web solutions that are robust, useful and built to grow, designed to sit in their operations for the long run.

Work and projects

SportSeek

SportSeek helps people find public outdoor sports facilities near home, on a work trip or on holiday. In a few seconds you spot a pitch, a street court or a running route on an interactive map maintained by the community, which verifies existing spots and reports new ones. Local authorities also get a dedicated space to list their facilities. The app is available on mobile.

Asirem

At an airport, a concierge service runs with dozens of greeters on the ground and a supervisor who has to follow their progress without being there. Asirem gives that supervisor a real-time view of every passenger service, with delays and incidents surfacing as they happen. The greeter follows a step-by-step journey on their phone, and every action they confirm is timestamped. The day a client asks what happened on a given flight, the answer is already there instead of being pieced together afterwards. The product is currently in pilot deployment.
