Operations software · Airport concierge services

Stay in control of every passenger service.

Track your greeters, the passenger journey and the unexpected in real time. Keep a complete record of every service.

What operations really look like

The schedule organises the services, but never shows how they actually run.

However well built, a schedule rarely survives the pace of an airport. Disruptions pile up, services overlap and visibility disappears as soon as operations start.

Blind spot

The field goes dark

Supervisors have to call the greeters to find out where they stand in the passenger journey.

Scattered information

Disruptions scatter the information

Delays, gate changes and no-shows add up and blur the tracking.

No proof

The service becomes hard to evidence

Retracing how a service went means cross-checking several sources.

The challenge: staying in control when reality drifts from the schedule.

Born in the field

Greeting has always worked with other people's tools.

The schedule lives in a spreadsheet. Coordination happens in a consumer messaging app. Tracking runs on applications designed for other trades, repurposed for lack of anything better.

Those tools help, but none of them knows what a passenger service actually involves: tax refund, check-in, border police, security, baggage, no-show, and the rest.

Asirem came out of that observation, designed alongside experienced greeters (CDG / ORY), to give the job a tool built for it.

  • The spreadsheetThe schedule is ready in the morning; the day contradicts it on the first rotation.
  • The messaging appThe information exists somewhere, in one thread among many.
  • An application built for another tradeDesigned to track journeys, it does not reflect the passenger's operational path.

The Asirem answer

Every service moves with what is happening on the ground.

The greeter runs the service the way they always have. The platform records progress, suggests the relevant next step and adapts the journey to the actual situation.

The greeter focuses on the passenger. Asirem orchestrates the service.

01

Prepare

Everything useful is gathered before the service starts: flight, services booked, instructions and points to watch.

02

Anticipate

Flight tracking automatically picks up early arrivals, delays and gate changes to keep the teams in sync.

03

Support

The service adjusts at every step, while supervision follows it in real time.

04

Report back

A clear report is available as soon as the service ends, with nothing to reconstruct.

What it delivers for the business

More control, without slowing operations down.

The tool makes completed actions visible, supports the field without weighing it down and gives everyone the right level of information at the right moment.

Supervision

Focus on what goes off track.

Delays, incidents and deviations from the journey are flagged, so supervisors step in and decide only where it is needed.

Operational capacity

Stay in control when volume picks up.

Service tracking sits in a single place, so several services can be coordinated at once.

Organisation

One shared framework for the whole team

Every service follows clearly defined steps and instructions, so field and supervision read it the same way.

TRACEABILITY

Reconstruct any service

Steps completed, incidents reported, instruction changes, notes and field records are timestamped, so a service can be retraced precisely.

A step-by-step rollout

Start on a scope you control.

You can bring Asirem to one team, one airport or one category of services before any wider rollout.

A simple framework to prove the value in the field

  1. Understand your operationsYour flows, your roles, your clients and the disruptions you hit most often.
  2. Configure the scopeThe relevant information and steps are adapted to your organisation.
  3. Use Asirem in real conditionsTeams try the platform on actual passenger services.
  4. Measure and decideAdoption, tracking quality and the ability to handle disruption are reviewed together.

Let's look at how Asirem would fit into your operations.

Tell us about your services, your organisation and where your teams run into trouble. We will show you a journey built around how you actually work.
